Dr Emma Fitzgerald
Dr Emma Fitzgerald is a Clinical Neuropsychologist who has practised in the public and private sectors since 2001 and now works in private practice only. Emma has extensive experience in a wide range of assessments, including medico-legal, forensic, diagnostic, rehabilitation and capacity assessments. She is passionate about improving the lives of those who live with hidden disability. She also lectures Clinical Psychology Masters students.
Narrowing the Spotlight presentations and consultation
Emma gives presentations and keynotes to workplaces on focus, attention and productivity, using neuroscience and evidence based strategies. Her presentation titled Narrowing the Spotlight: reclaim your focus to increase productivity and wellbeing helps team members to be productive and not busy

Cressida Jones - Occupational therapst
Cressida has spent the past 13 years working across private and public sectors within neurological rehabilitation and mental health services. Drawing on her experiences across a variety of settings, she ensures she establishes a clear understanding of her client’s experience and the multitude of factors that contribute to such experiences.Cressida uses a collaborative, client driven approach to develop clear goals and facilitate positive, sustainable changes in the lives of those she works with. With passion and commitment to further advancing functional outcomes for clients, she is excited to join the team at esf neuropsychology.

Ashlee Raymond - psychologist
Ashlee is a psychologist with a true a passion for working with the brain injury community and been supporting clients living with ABI since 2018. She understands that every person and every brain injury is different, so she draws on a number of evidence-based approaches to tailor therapy to each individual’s unique needs.Psychology services will be offered through a combination of face to face and telehealth appointments.Areas that Ashlee can offer support:
• Grief and early adjustment to living with an ABI
• Strategies for managing the challenges of an ABI
• Emotional regulation skills
• Managing anxiety and depression
• Building and maintaining healthy relationships
• Improving quality and quantity of sleep, and managing fatigue
• Treatment for symptoms of PTSD
• Establishing a new sense of identity and purpose in life with an ABI

Natalia Kukumberg - neuropsychologist
Dr Natalia Kukumberg is a registered Psychologist with endorsement in clinical neuropsychology (PSY0001223807). She has practiced Clinical Neuropsychology in the private and public sectors since 2004, with 16 years of experience working in brain injury rehabilitation. Natalia’s experience extends to all aspects of adult neuropsychology, including brain injury and other neurological conditions, neurodegeneration, mental illness and rehabilitation.

Shannen buckland - neuropsychologist
Shannen is a Clinical Neuropsychologist working in both the public and private sectors. She has experience with brain injury, mental illness, disability, paediatric assessment and other neurological disorders.

Alex Harry - neuropsychologist
Alex is a Clinical Neuropsychologist with experience working with people with complex psychological and neuropsychological problems. She is passionate about improving the lives of those with cognitive difficulties. Alex sees both adults and paediatric clients.

Carla McDonnell - neuropsychologist
Carla is a Clinical Neuropsychologist with extensive experience working with people with acquired brain injury. Carla is also experienced in working with NDIS participants, and those with complex neuropsychological presentations. Carla will be on 12 months leave from June 2025.

kelly machell - practice manager
Kelly is our friendly Practice Manager who is there to support you and assist with any questions you may have. She can be contacted Monday to Friday between 9m and 3pm on 0491 036 122.

emily jones - admin
Emily works behind the scenes, supporting the practitioners and making sure the office runs smoothly. Emily has a Bachelor of Music and has just commenced studying a Bachelor of Speech Pathology.

- assessments in the forensic setting (primarily Section 269 issues)We do not offer assessments for ADHD or ASD diagnosesNarrowing the SpotlightDr Emma Fitzgerald is passionate about understanding and optimising our thinking to increase productivity, reduce stress and enhance wellbeing. Using neuroscience and common sense, Emma will provide clear and practical information around how our brains work, how to increase your focus and stop your attention being hijacked. Participants will leave the presentation feeling motivated to make changes to their workday to increase their productivity by working smarter, working deeply, and gaining time to spend with family and friends. Emma offers two options:1) Forty-five minute presentation with time for questions afterwards. This is a fun and informative session suitable for all settings which outlines the basics of
attention and focus, explores the digital and other distractions that hijack our attention and provide some strategies to immediately use at work or at home.2) Bespoke two to three hour workshop tailored to your setting and addressing the more specific issues faced by your team. Detailed information around how the brain works, how distractions are interfering with productivity and getting the results you need. Activities to enhance learning will be woven through the
workshop.Dr Fitzgerald also lectures to Clinical Psychology Masters students at the University of Adelaide, Flinders University and UniSA.
